Anna Moore
Anna has always been a fitness junkie, but after a series of overuse injuries sustained from running marathons, she began to integrate yoga into her workout routine. After earning her 200 hour RYT, Anna went on to obtain her NASM-CPT, as well as her indoor cycling instructor certification. She also served in the Oklahoma Army National Guard, and was commissioned as the first female infantry officer in the state. Additionally, Anna was a member of the National Guard's National Marathon Team in 2021. While in the Guard, Anna worked on projects such as Master Fitness Trainer and CMT, which re-certified and skill tested combat medics. She also has worked with members of the armed forces, including Army Rangers and Air Force fighter pilots, focusing on prevention of common injuries sustained in a military environment. When finding out she was pregnant with her first child, Anna began a prenatal yoga teacher course and is now an RPYT. She loves to teach power yoga, with an emphasis on alignment for injury prevention and recovery. Her favorite pose is trikonasana (triangle) and her go-to post-workout snack is an acai bowl!

Reagan hodson
Reagan is from Little Rock, Arkansas and is currently an applied exercise science student at Oklahoma State, in hopes to become a DPT. As an ex-gymnast and retired high school soccer player, she needed to find a new way to stay in shape and keep up an active lifestyle, she found weightlifting shortly after coming to college and has been a gym rat ever since. She is a certified F45 coach and her favorite part of being a fitness instructor is getting people out of their shell to make them feel comfortable and want to continue their workout journey without the fears and worries that comes as a beginner. The gym is her escape, it’s a place where she doesn’t worry about anything else except bettering her mind and body.

Elizabeth Ohneck
Elizabeth has been practicing yoga since 2009. Although she initially started practicing as a way to care for her body while training for half marathons, she has since found yoga to be a valuable tool in managing mental health, self-perception, and chronic pain and is passionate about sharing these benefits with others. She completed her 200-hour teaching certification in 2022 through DoYogaWithMe and is currently completing a second 200-hour training focused on diversity, accessibility, and decolonization in yoga. She believes yoga is for every body and loves teaching alignment and modifications to help all types of students experience an accessible and fulfilling practice. Elizabeth lived coast-to-coast across the US before settling in Stillwater in 2016. When she's not doing yoga, she loves running, hiking, and outdoor adventures with her rescue pup, Echo.
