What Should I bring?

We recommend brining a non-slip yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. We have rental mats available, but they are limited in quantity and on a first come, first serve basis. We also have cold, filtered water and complementary hand towels. There is storage at the front of the studio, but we recommend packing light!

what should I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in! You will get sweaty, so  moisture-wicking clothing can be helpful. Also, keep in mind that we do not allow shoes on the studio floor, but you may keep your socks on. 

I'm new to group fitness! what should I expect?

It can be intimidating to walk into a new environment, but we aim to make Sweat as welcoming as possible. Since knowledge grows confidence, watch this short IG reel we made showing what to expect!

Should I sign up in advance?

Signing up in advance is recommended but not necessary. We use MindBody, which makes booking your class super easy. We also recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to class start so you can refill your water bottle, gather props and set your mat out. We do charge late cancel fees (within one hour of class start time) and no show fees. We will lock the doors 5 minutes after class begins for instructor and participant safety.
