First class is always free! Schedule FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What Should I bring? We recommend brining a non-slip yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. We sell water and rent towels and mats if you forget. We also have a water cooler for eco-friendly hydration. Our rental mats are limited, so we highly recommend investing in a yoga mat -- it will only encourage you to keep up your practice! We also have an area for item storage, but we recommend packing light. what should I wear? Anything you feel comfortable in! You will get sweaty, so moisture-wicking clothing can be helpful. Also, keep in mind that we do not allow shoes on the studio floor, but you may keep your socks on. I've never done yoga before! what should I expect? While yoga can be intimidating, we aim to make it accessible to you. No class at our studio will be identical, but all will feature a warm up, core work, yoga flow, and cool down with deep stretching followed by savasana. During savasana, students will be given a cool, lavender cloth to relax and unwind. All classes can be modified to accommodate all levels. Should I sign up in advance? Signing up in advance is recommended but not necessary. We use MindBody, which makes booking your class super easy. We also recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to class start so you can refill your water bottle, gather props and set your mat out. **Please note we will lock the door at the beginning of class to minimize disruptions.** Still have questions?
